We recently added two new fields and a handy calculator to help check your work, which makes Disclosures.io the safest and most efficient way to submit an offer.
Now when you view a property package, you will see a MAKE OFFER button, which will walk you through the steps to compose your offer. (read the how-to guide here)
The next step is providing the summary of the terms for your offer. In this step, you’ll see the new fields that we’ve added and the automatic calculator to help check your work.
Once you’ve added values to the Purchase Price, Initial Deposit and Loan Amount fields, the Percent Down, Down Payment Amount and Balance of Downpayment will calculate for you automatically,
You can use the automatically Calculated Values module to make sure that the terms of the offer have been input correctly.
