Video tours were once a “nice-to-have”, now they’re an integral part of your listing process.
The challenges presented by shelter-in-place orders have encouraged home buyers to conduct more research upfront before scheduling an in-person tour. Similarly, real estate agents have had to majorly restructure their time management and workflow.

For realtors, it’s critical to provide interested parties with all of the information that they would need before deciding that an in-person showing is the appropriate next step, which is why a video tour link is a perfect complement to your property package.

Step 1 - Create a property package
Log in to your account in Disclosures.io and click the blue “CREATE PROPERTY” button. This will walk you through the steps to create a property package.
*If this is your first time creating a property package with Disclosures.io, please refer to this article to help you get started.
Step 2 - Add a Video Tour URL
Once your property package has been created, click the blue “ADD VIDEO TOUR URL” button.
This will display a pop-up where you can copy & paste a link to your pre-recorded video tour.
Step 3 - Share your package
Once you’ve added a video tour link, click the blue “SHARE PROPERTY” button to invite interested buyers or agents. Anyone who has access to the property package will be able to click the “VIEW VIDEO TOUR” button, which will open your video tour in a new tab within your browser.
That’s it! Once you’ve added a video tour link, you can edit it or remove it by clicking the EDIT VIDEO URL button.
