How does it work?

This partnership will help your sellers navigate and complete intimidating seller disclosure forms online using Smart Seller Tools (provided by Sellers Shield). This feature is currently available to all agents in new and existing property packages.
Once you’re logged into Disclosures.IO and in your desired package, it’s really simple from there.
Step 1: Invite your seller to disclose by entering their name and email address, selecting the documents pertaining to the sale of their property.
Step 2: Your clients will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the forms online using the Smart Seller Tools. (Your client’s information will always remain confidential with you)
The forms available for sellers to complete online are:
Transfer Disclosure Statement (TDS)
Seller Property Questionnaire (SPQ)
Exempt Seller Disclosure (ESD)
Lead-Based Paint Disclosure (FLD)
Residential Earthquake Hazard Report
+ Any additional forms you would like to import from Zip Forms
Step 3: (Final Step) When the forms are completed you will receive an email notification and can review your client’s documents. If you would like to import them directly into your property package you can do that by logging into Disclosures.io and going to the package, there will be an import documents button found above the coversheet.
