How to create a Property Information Package with the Disclosures.io iOS App:
Create the Property
To get started, open the mobile app on your iPhone or iPad and click the blue Create Property button. This will initiate the step-by-step process to start your listing.
From there it’s as easy as abc!
The final information package will be complete with:
Listing photography.
Pricing, amenity details, and an instructional cover letter.
A shareable link to post on all your marketing materials.
A professionally designed landing page that buyer agents, and their clients, will use to request access to the listings supplemental documents.
Choose the party you represent
Indicate whether you represent the
Seller party or the Buyer party.
What are the features of this property
Select the type of listing and provide the additional features.
Where is the property located?
Enter the street address for the listing.
Select the Listing Agent or Agents
Tap Select Agent 1 to pick the first listing agent. You can even add a second listing agent to the package.
Add Images
You can add images that are saved on your iPhone or iPad or you can take a picture of the listing, using the camera in your iPhone or iPad, and add it directly.
Property Created!
Once you have created your property, you can click on the Documents tab to upload documents or click on the blue Share Property button to share the property with interested parties.
